Peacocks are one of the most beautiful birds, and very often girls ask for a design with a peacock feather or the whole bird. I decided to create a design that combines both the look of the mask and the one stroke image of a peacock.
Step 1
First, I add the base to the eyelids in the form of a mask with a sponge - this is convenient for you to paint with one stroke. To do this, I used the split cake Mermaid Dreams from Fusion. Light colors must be placed inside the mask, so the effect of a three-dimensional image is created.
Step 2
I then load an angle brush (5/8") with the darkest colour on the long tip of the brush. I used colors from the Fusion Tropical Collection , and I've circled the necessary shades under the photo below. With an angle brush, draw the peacock's head, neck and feathers from above. The circle should be placed exactly in the middle of the forehead.
Step 3
Next, using a wide brush and one stroke, I draw feathers and patterns on the sides of the mask. Try to balance the design so that there are enough elements on the left and right. The main lines of the drawing should be directed to the focal points.
Step 4
Let's add some flowers in the double dip technique. For this purpose, a brush for flowers is perfect - Silly Farm Petal Brush (3/16"). Use the yellow neon color from the Tropical Collection. In the last photo, you can see how bright this shade glows under ultraviolet light. In the same yellow color, draw the bird's beak.
Step 5
Use a dark blue color to draw lines, patterns, decorate your mask, circle the eyes, and give a more expressive look. With Prime Strong Black, we create the eyes and the outline of the beak.
Step 6
Prime Paraffin White color adds more patterns and dots, giving the design a more interesting, complete look. Be sure to draw white highlights in the eyes of the peacock, and his eyes will seem to come to life. I added glitter ""Cupcake Day" and Glitter for brightness and maximum shine!
This is how the drawing looks in ultraviolet light.
I hope you liked my design and you also want to repeat it!

My name is Natalia, I live and work in Russia, the city of Yaroslavl. I do face painting for 7 years. One of my favorite destinations - belly painting, (so great to see how kids who have recently been in the tummy are already beginning to walk, talk and learn to draw) in my collection of 40 drawings for pregnant women. I've won a lot of face painting contests and now I want to teach you how to create beautiful drawings on faces. The most beautiful thing when you show your child the finished picture to see his shining smile.
