Step-By-Step Instructions

Step 1: Load a medium brush with yellow face paint a series of swirls above the eyes and on the sides of the face to create the base of the tiara.

Step 2:Paint a heart with pink face paint right in the center of the crown with a medium brush. Add a few extra hearts on the tiara.

Step 3: Add small hearts with Lilac face paint using a medium brush on the tiara. Add a Lilac face paint in the center of the pink hearts. Add dots in blue face paint around the tiara.

Step 4: Paint eyelids with blue face paint and add eyelash effect with lines from the outside of the eye. Use a small brush and add highlights and dots with white face paint. Add Metallic Rose face paint over the lips.
Add opal glitter especially on the hearts.
