Kryolan Hydro Oil is a gentle, water soluble makeup remover that effectively removes all cream and grease makeup easily. To remove makeup, evenly rub Hydro Oil into the makeup so it dissolves, then wash off with warm water, leaving the skin feels fresh and clean. If desired, follow up with a cleanser or soap and water.
