To apply the stencil, remove the paper backing and place it on the skin. Discard the clear top coat, then apply a thin layer of body glue within the stencil. Once the glue dries, brush on glitter and remove the stencil to reveal the design. Alternatively, you can use Festival Ink instead of glue and glitter for a different effect.
