Dried out festival glitter can be easily refreshed using a small amount of clear gel base from Art Factory, available here. Comes in a 1" tall x 2.25" wide jar with 50 ml or 1 fl oz of product.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Glycerin, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Iodopropynyl, Butylcarbamate, Diazolidinyl Urea, Polyethylene, Terephthalate, Aluminium, Polyurethane. May contain trace of colorant: D&C Red 7 FD&C Yellow 5 FD&C Blue 27 Violet 19 Iron Oxide.
Festival Glitter is made in USA, using cosmetic grade, polyester glitter and can be safely used anywhere on your skin and face. Should not be used near eyes or over eyelids. Not recommended for children due to the risk of glitter particles getting into their eyes.
Be sure to store at room temperature as very high or very low temperature can change the gel consistency.
