At holiday events, Yasmeen still keeps her regular choice banner up. If someone asks to make one of those options more Christmassy, she has a few ways that work well for her.
She adds rosy cheeks and nose by mixing red and metallic pink paint together to create the perfect blushed look. She also adds snowflakes, either using one of the many stencils available or by hand-painting a few for a festive touch.
Yasmeen likes to include peppermints or peppermint stripes, and she even shows how to make designs like a pirate skull more fitting for the holidays. A touch of red lipstick also enhances the Christmas theme beautifully.

Yasmeen began her artistic journey in 2012 with henna, princess character work, and face painting. After discovering the face and body art world at FABAIC 2014, she quickly fell in love and went on to win her first body painting competition in 2019. In 2020, she launched Hartworks: Face and Body Art and soon began teaching with FABATV, later sharing her skills at international summits, conventions, and festivals. Now a recognized instructor and artist, Yasmeen brings her passion for teaching to the Speed Painting Eye Designs Masterclass, where she’ll share her methods for creating fast, fun, and beautiful designs without sacrificing quality.Yasmeen has always been a creative and artistic person, but little did she know that those passions would shape not only her career, but her life.In 2012 Yasmeen started her professional career as a face and body artist by doing henna tattoos, princess work, and face painting for an entertainment company. After attending her first FABAIC in 2014 she quickly realized just how vast and fascinating this industry was and fell in love.By 2019 she knew she had hit her glass ceiling with the before mentioned company but knew she wanted to explore her solo career. She entered her very first body painting competition at Cypress Cove in Kissimmee, FL in 2019 and won first place. After taking a year to figure out exactly how she wanted to proceed she began her own company, Hartworks: Face and Body Art, in 2020. The year 2020 was a test of resilience to say the least, but she was granted the opportunity to film online classes for FABATV! Her first class, “Magical Butterfly”, aired in August of 2020 and was the first of many!February of 2021 she became an artist rep with Face Paint Forum Shop and remained a rep until 2023. In October of 2021 she was featured as an instructor for the International Face Painting School’s Halloween Summit.In May of 2022 she placed second in the FABAIC: It’s a Small World face painting competition. Then in November of 2023 was featured as an instructor at the Austin Convention for Entertainers. The following year, in September 2024, she was featured as an instructor for The Art Factory’s Body Art Fest.Needless to say, her journey has seen its highs and lows, but becoming an instructor has been such a joy. 1. Is this a live session or pre-recorded?
Answer:
This is a live session. Please check the Zoom details after purchase or refer to the product image for the time and date of the masterclass.
2. Do I need to create an account on Facepaint.com?
Answer:
Yes, make sure that the email address on your Facepaint.com account matches the one you used on the day you purchased the masterclass.
3. Can I speak during the class?
Answer:
Upon entering the Zoom session, all students will be muted. However, you are allowed to speak—simply raise your hand using the emoji in Zoom. When the moderator notices, they will unmute you. Please make sure that your question or comment is relevant to the instructor’s demonstration.
Once the class is over, if there is still time, the moderator will allow everyone to speak, ask questions, share opinions, and express gratitude to the instructor and fellow face painters.
4. Will I be able to ask questions?
Answer:
Yes, you can ask questions during the class, but you must type them in the chat. The moderator will read them aloud for the instructor and students. The instructor will answer them right away. Please ensure your questions are related to the instructor’s demonstration to avoid distractions and make the best use of time.
5. If I leave during the class, will I be able to rejoin?
Answer:
Yes, as long as the class is still ongoing.
If you try to rejoin after the scheduled time, you will not be able to access the Zoom link as it will have expired.
6. How do I access the masterclass recordings?

• Ensure You Have a Facepaint.com Account: Please make sure you already have an account on our Facepaint.com website.
• Use the Same Email Address: The email address you used on the day you purchased the product should be the same one you use to log in to our website. This ensures your access to the class.
• Go to the Member’s Area: Once logged in, navigate to the “MEMBER’S AREA,” which is under the “Masterclasses” tab, where you will find the recorded masterclass videos. You can watch and rewatch them at your convenience!
7. How long will it take for the recorded masterclass to be available on the website?
