Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Use a chisel brush and outline the eyes with light blue face paint, fill in a bit over the eyes, but not on them.

Step 2: With a medium brush, add dots with Lilac face paint around the outside of the mask. Using neon pink face, paint dots in between the Lilac dots around the mask. Using a small brush, add a little bit of white dots to highlight the lilac and pink dots.

Step 3: Add white face paint to the eye lids as eye shadow. Use small brush and add small black dots on the inside of the mask. Add blue and opal glitter to the mask.
