I just love this type of effect. It’s like stretched skin and sutures meets glam. A perfect addition to your Halloween design bag. Let jump right in and get started!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Kryolan TV Paint Foundation Stick (2 different colors. 1 much lighter than your natural skin color and 1 darker.)
Mehron Black INtense Pro Pressed Powder
Mehron Wedge Cream Makeup Sponge
Loew-Cornell® Gold Grip #3 Round
The Application:
Begin by applying your Kryolan TV Paint Foundation Stick using your Makeup Sponge. you will apply the lighter color on the area that will be “on top” of the design. The darker foundation will be on the outside or “underneath”.
Lightly load your #3 Round Brush with your Black Mehron Pressed Powder and apply to the edges of the lighter foundation. This will create a shadow effect.
Use your mixing liquid and mix it with the Silver metallic Powder. Apply it to each corner of the design using your #3 Round Brush as shown above.
Next, you will load your #3 Round Brush with your Black Mehron Pressed Powder and apply to the inside edges of the lighter foundation. You will continue adding lines coming from the silver sutures and outline each suture.
Load your #3 Round Brush with Wolfe Black and outline the silver sutures and add a few darker lines coming from each suture. Load the same brush with Wolfe White to add highlights to the sutures.
I hope you enjoy your Halloween!
