Do we ever get enough of princess masks? No, not really, because they are some of the most requested designs for a face painter. This mask has plenty of teardrops and swirly goodness, and is inspired by Heather Green's beautiful work. Add plenty of glitter for extra sparkle!

Materials

• Silly Farm Sparkle Dust split cake
• White face paint
• Purple face paint from the split cake
• #4 round brush
• #2 round brush
• Sponge
• Cosmetic glitter
• Liquid bling (gold)

Tutorials

Begin by loading a sponge (I used an Always Wicked butterfly sponge) from your Silly Farm Sparkle Dust split cake and sponging it on the forehead in the shape shown. If necessary, clean up the edges with a wet wipe wrapped tightly around the tip of your finger. Add glitter with your poofer if desired.

After the base color has dried, load a #4 round brush with white and create a central teardrop design on the forehead. 

Place extra swirls on the sides. I like to use a small round brush to add a slender line around my teardrops to give them an added delicacy. 

Use the small round brush and load it from the purple end of the split cake. Placing a thin line of purple to one side of the teardrops and swirls will help the design stand out from the face. Usually I choose the side which is toward the outer edge of the design for my darker line.

Finally, add liquid bling to the outer edge of your mask. I always warn the person in my chair that the liquid bling takes a couple of minutes to dry, so they should be extra careful until it's completely dry, but the more slender your line of liquid bling, the more quickly it will dry and be safe from accidental smearing.
