European Body Art Alcohol Free Makeup Remover - Unveil

I got this to remove alcohol-based makeup from a full-body paint. I did a trial run on just my face and torso a few days before, leaving the makeup on for about half an hour, and this stuff was amazing! The dark grey, black, and silver makeup came right off and my skin was left feeling smooth as silk from the moisturizer in this.
When I did the full-body paint for a Halloween party and left the makeup on for 8 hours, it wasn't as miraculous. Even with a heavy application of Unveil and vigorous scrubbing with paper towels, we could not get it all. Three days out, makeup is still lingering on my elbows, legs, heels, and toenail areas. Unveil does continue to remove small amounts of makeup as I apply it and scrub before each day's shower, and it never irritates my skin.
Speaking of that, I found it helpful to remove as much as possible with Unveil and paper towels, then take a soapy shower afterward. Although the alcohol-based makeup resists removal with water, I feel like the remaining Unveil lingering on my body is scrubbed off with the soap and a little bit more of the makeup comes off as well.
All in all, this is a great product. Just don't expect miracles when applying to large swathes of skin or bony, wrinkly areas, and then leaving the makeup on for a long period.
