This Masterclass is led by Kellie Burrus, an accomplished artist, director, highly skilled and licensed professional, as well as the owner of Fabulous Faces, Face and Body Painting. Suitable for both beginners and experienced artists, this Masterclass will set you up to success:

Face Painting Fundamentals:

• Introduction to face painting materials and tools
• Basic techniques, including brushstrokes and color application

Simple Designs demonstration of 3-5 easy face painting designs, such as:

• Stripes and swirls
• Basic animal designs
• Simple floral designs
• Butterfly designs

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Detailed guidance on painting a straightforward design

Tips and Tricks

• Common pitfalls to avoid
• Troubleshooting advice

Q&A and Practice Time

• Opportunity to ask questions
• Hands-on practice with guidance
• List of recommended face painting supplies

Products needed:

1. Face Paint: Choose high-quality, water-based paints. Onestroke and rainbow cakes. A black and a white paint for details.
2. Brushes: 3, 4 and or 6 Rounds, 3/4" & 1/2 flats and/or angled brushes for one stroke and detail brushes.
3. Sponges: For applying base colors and blending.
4. Water: For cleaning brushes and activating paint.
5. Glitter: For adding sparkle (optional)
6. Stencils: For creating designs (optional)
