The clear liquid plastic sealer locks water based designs and gives a tattoo like appearance. Comes in a bottle with brush.
How Do I Apply & Remove?
Apply with brush as a protective sealer over special effects makeup before applying makeup. Let it dry for 2-3 minutes.
Effectively removable with Spirit Gum Remover, followed by soap and water.
