Hello Kitty is a Japanese fictional character also known by her full name as Kitty White. She is a female kitten with a red bow, yellow nose and no mouth.
Since the cartoon character's creation, Hello Kitty has become a media franchise including a product line, clothing apparel, toy line, manga comics, anime series and popular music.
In other words, she is loved by children and adults from all over the world.
Follow these simple steps to recreate a cute Hello Kitty eye design!
Step 1:
Create a dark base on the eyelids to bring out the figure of Hello Kitty.
Apply a medium brown-toned eyeshadow to your crease using a fluffy blending brush. Apply a darker brown eyeshadow, focusing the color just on the outer corners and extend it past your crease for a smokey effect.
Step 2:
With a thin brush, draw half of Hello Kitty's head and fill it with white. In this case I used Cameleon Baseline Pure White to cover the entire eyelid starting from the base of the lashes. Be careful not open your eyes until the color has dried to avoid smudging.
Step 3:
Paint the little pink bow on the ear of the kitten. I used Cameleon in Neon Pink Flamingo. Make two dots on the sides of the ear and a smaller one in the center.
Step 4:
Accurately draw the outline of the figure (bow included) with black.
Step 5:
Using the same color as the bow and a thin brush, draw the eyeliner line.
Apply a pink eyeshadow on your lower lash line, a heavy coat of mascara and a pair of fake eyelashes for a more glamorous effect (optional).
Now, finish the rest of your makeup! Do your base, add some pink blush, highlighter, and a pink lip color to complete the look!
