One of the most popular face paint designs is a leopard! So let's see how to do one with a bit of a color twist!

Step 1

Block your eyebrows with gluestick and powder and then do a quick sketch of the nose and mouth. 

Step 2

With White Kraze face paint areas: around the mouth, a bit on edges of the brows and around the eyes, two spots on the middle of the forehead and, finally, the whole jaw. It is very useful to use reference photos of real a leopard head so you can see where the white/highlight points are.

Step 3

Paint the rest of the face in orange, leaving the under eye areas for highlights! I used Mehron Paradse Paints. 

Step 4

On the area under the eyes that was not painted, I used Mehron Paradise Paint in yellow and blended it in on transition with orange and in the area above the lips. I used a flat, almost dry brush for blending, but a blending sponge is also a very good option. I also did a few dabs on the center of the forehead.

Step 5

First I added dark pink Mehron Paradise Paint on outer features (contouring areas) of the face and blended it out in wide range. Then,  on the same places, I used a bit of dark purple Merhon Paradise Paint and blended it out just a bit.

Step 6

Add some light blue paint on the eyelids and the temple. After tha,t add a thin area on the jaw and blend it in leaving the chin part white. For this, I used teal Mehron Paradise Paint. And paint the nose in dark pink or purple!

Step 7

With a thin brush and black paint, add details around the lips, nose, and eyes. Around the eyes you can do something like an Arabic eyeliner style. Use a photo of a leopard to see where to place lines. For all black details I used Kraze face paint.

Step 8

Add black spots! Also for this step you can use a reference photo, I realized that leopards have some specific orientation of spots and that some spots are in irregular shapes.
