This cute Simba design is a mask version because I usually try to avoid painting on the mouth area. This way, children are more comfortable and we get quicker results.
Let's get started!
Step 1
Load a Filbert Brush #8with Grimas Orange painting the ear shapes, the area under the eyes, and the forehead with flicking movements for the hair fringe.
Step 2
With the same brush take Superstar Brown and paint the area over the eyes, then cover the nose and the area under the eyes with Grimas Bright Yellow 203 and with a round brush Silly farm Paint Pal Swirl # 4 paint Simba's nose.
Step 3
Load Silly farm Paint Pal Swirl # 4 with Diamond FX Black and paint two teardrops for the eyebrows. Do some flicking movements for the hair effect.
Step 4
Outline in black the full design with Jest Paint Bolt Liner and paint on the muzzle the mouth shape and the whiskers.
Step 5
Load Silly farm Paint Pal Swirl # 4 with watery Diamond FX White and give some highlights on upper part of ears, hair and nose.
For the lips, mix the same Orange and Brown you used for the face and paint them using a Q-tip.
