Athena has been a face painter for a long time now. She has her fair share of ups and downs of the business. But, there are experiences that she will never forget.  Today, she shares the most meaningful experience she had as an artist. 

Going to a face and body art convention is a little like going grocery shopping. You get a carload of groceries which can be a bit overwhelming to unload and find places for once you get home to your kitchen. 

Problem: You're checking through your spreadsheet and doing weekly follow-up calls when you realize that one client hasn't returned her event information to you although you sent her an email followed by a text reminder. You pick up your phone to give her a call. After she answers and you explain who you are, she suddenly hangs up.
