Application & Removal Tips

Product Info

How Do I Apply
Always start with a clean dry face before face painting.

Dampen a brush or sponge with a small amount of water. Be sure to squeeze off any excess water. Rub the damp applicator on top of the face paint cake until a creamy consistency is reached. It is better to start with little water than too much, as more water can be added later.

Apply face paint to skin in consistent even strokes. Allow the base color to dry for at least 5 minutes before starting your line work.

How Do I Remove

To remove from skin: Wash with soap and water or baby wipes. Work into face painted area for 15 to 20 seconds to loosen face paint makeup from the skin. Some traces of color may remain for a short period after washing.

To remove from fabric: Avoid contact with fabric, carpet, and upholstery. In case of accidental contact, spot treat with baby shampoo, liquid dish soap or OxyClean-like product and help loosen the face paint makeup with a toothbrush. Do NOT add water until the soap had loosened the face paint makeup. Once the makeup is thoroughly loosened, add a small amount of warm water. Blot or wet vacuum the area. Repeat this process as necessary.

How To Store ColorMe Face Paints
After each use, completely wipe dry the surface of the cake and then let it air dry before closing with lid. In case of split cakes, wipe dry by wiping in the direction of the color stripes to prevent mix up of colors. After drying, store in a cool and dry place away from direct light.

Shelf Life: Once opened - 12 months. Stored dry and unopened - 5-8 years.

Product Info

How Do I Apply
Always start with a clean dry face before face painting.

Split Cakes can be applied using a 3/4" or 1" flat brush for larger designs. They can be applied using a #12 flat brush for small designs. Split Cakes can also be applied using a damp sponge.

Step 1: Slightly moisten your brush by gently dipping in water and remove any extra water using a dry towel. If using a sponge, dip the sponge in water and wring out all the water by squeezing it. Alternatively spray water to dampen your sponge.
Step 2: Load the colors from the Cake by moving the brush or sponge back and forth once across the cake surface so both sides are loaded equally.
Step 3: Apply to the face in consistent even strokes.

How Do I Remove
Wash with soap and water or baby wipes.

TAG Body Art - Neon Green

I love these paints!!!

I absolutely love these Tag paints! The pigment packs well into brushes and sponges, and they are vibrant under normal light and especially black lights!

The larger size makes this easier to use with all the glow painting I’ve done! Body/face painting (I do not use these on eye lids), and I’ve even used them for other projects like painting my pricing sign and glow masks I have created and then varnished the **** out of!

At glow events I have painted a my upper thigh. When people ask “how well does the paint last?” I will aggressively rub over the paint on my thigh and it may mildly flake and dust my hand but overall it just stays until it is rehydrated. They are water based so if they get wet they will smudge or come off. Again I love this about these products. I love giving people the opportunity to fall in love with their body as a piece of art and have the flow I see radiating from the inside literally on their skin as a canvas ❤️⭐️🙌. The last thing I would want to do is have a product that takes harsher methods to remove or causes skin damage.

I know these are listed as special effects paints (SFX) and I have never had any issues with them being on the skin. I’ve even had a good handful of individuals whom I’ve done test strips on because they know they have allergies or skin sensitivities and they’ve all done amazingly so far!

I also use these big 90g pots to make my own split pallets! It’s definitely been helpful for saving here and there on cost and I can create my own varieties.

Below are some examples from a promo photoshoot I did for glow events 💜💜💜, and models the paint on skin and a mask.

This stencil is my to go to do a Frozen design. Super cute and when the little girls see Elsa on their cheek or forehead, the go “wooooow”. Worth every penny!

Color Theory

Learned new ways to look at the color wheel.

Not very covering, perfect for ghost roses!

Not very covering, perfect for ghost roses! Beautiful and easy to apply

Absolutely amazing

This is the ultimate glitter. 10/10 it amps up every design and makes your art go from nice to epic.

I love this Splitcake!

This cake is awesome! The shimmer in the purple is perfect and the yellow and green really pops. The paint is creamy and so easy to work with once activated. Forest Fairy Facepainting out of Fort Collins, Colorado is quite pleased. Thank you Kraze!!!

just love it

awesome colors new favorite pallete

Such helpful and well thought out information

This was a great class explaining the full story of how colors work together and how we can use that information as face painters.

I would love another class by Frida teaching us about value and tone.

Stencils ordered

Quality service thru out...product ordering was seamless, delivered in a timely manner, billing was all correct. Couldnt asked for a better result...Thank you!

Love it!

I’m having so much fun with these paints! They dry down quickly and they don’t crack. It’s very important to me to have a paint that doesn’t feel like it’s on. And they don’t stain! I was able to do multiple full face looks in a day with the darkest colors and they came off with just soap and water! I will be buying more from this brand!

I Appreciated This Class

I have been face painting for years and have taken many of Olga's IFS and Juliet Eve's FAM Club Classes. I always learn at least one thing new from any class that I take and I definitely think that this class was well worth the price. I had hoped for more information, but I am not sorry that I signed up for it. I think that many of your complimentary classes have been more useful for me in my work.

Butterflies and cats

Gorgeous cake!perfect for kids that love hot pink and purple together. I used a petal sponge for the wings and went in between the orange and pink for the wing edges( kind of like a one stroke) so it would match. I love the result though!I will be repurchasing this one again for SURE 👍

@partyplanet.entertainment

Love these sample sized cakes! super cute, and finally got the big black and white ones!! can’t wait for a busy season!!

Speed Painting OTJ

This class was helpful thankyou! I you will have a class on superfast speed painting for high numbered events that would be extra extra helpful - one minute speed paint designs.

Love this cake

Use this cake so much! Absolutely use this every time I paint!

Obsessed!

I ordered the kraze neon dome cake and it arrived sooner than I expected and I haven’t been able to stop using it! I plan to order more face paints very very soon! I’m so happy with my order!

Love these

Great for line work. Great addition to my brushes. Can’t have enough of these.
